, by Thibaut
The first few days of Xbox's new management have been interesting, to say the least. After teasing a potential return to exclusives, Asha Sharma, the new CEO of Microsoft Gaming, briefly mentioned the brand's next console.
The future Xbox is currently known as Project Helix. Sharma mentioned it briefly in a message posted on X, and she confirmed that the machine will be compatible with Xbox and PC games.
"Great start to the morning with Team Xbox, where we talked about our commitment to the return of Xbox including Project Helix, the code name for our next generation console.
Project Helix will lead in performance and play your Xbox and PC games. Looking forward to chatting about this more with partners and studios at my first GDC next week!"
