Big Ben has collapsed on the stock market, dragging publisher Nacon down with it

Something potentially very worrying is happening at Nacon. Big Ben Interactive, the parent company of the French publisher, simply collapsed on the stock market this week.

To put it simply, Big Ben was unable to repay €43 million to its bondholders. The verdict was immediate, with the group's share price falling 25.9% on February 18, 2026, then 21.7% the following day. Trading was then suspended on Friday.

At the same time, Nacon recorded a decline of -24.32% last Wednesday and -7.14% on Thursday. The share price, which now stands at 26 euro cents, has also been suspended. The publisher says it is obliged to carry out a "rapid financial restructuring" with its creditors.

Nacon is the publisher of games such as Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown, Hell is Us, and RoboCop: Rogue City.
