Blizzard nerfed certain Diablo IV dungeons that gave too much XP

On June 12, Blizzard introduced a hotfix to the megahit Diablo IV. The hotfix is designed to prevent players from gaining too many experience in several of the game's dungeons.

In the patch notes, the developers state that "We are standardising the density of elite monsters that spawn in dungeons to ensure that no particular dungeon is clearly more efficient to run through than others."

Elite monsters grant more experience and better loots. In order to reach level 100, some players used to complete these dungeons over and over again to progress faster. This can no longer be done.
