Final Fantasy XVI available today on PS5

It's now official, Square Enix is about to roll out a demo for its next RPG. It will be available free of charge on PlayStation 5 this Monday, March 12. And if that wasn't enought, the Japanese publisher has also released an exclusive trailer to keep us waiting.

The Final Fantasy XVI demo will offer plenty of content, divided into two different sections. The first, lasting around two and a half hours, retraces the game's prologue and delves into the main character's past and sets up the actual plot. Saved progress can even be transferred to the main game!

Finally, the second part of the demo focuses on combat. Clive must infiltrate a fort in the middle of the night during this passage, which lasts approximately two hours. We'll be able to battle even some bosses. However. it should be noted that progress on this sequence cannot be transfered to the full game when Final Fantasy XVI launches on June 22.
