The Anthem servers will shut down in about ten days

The start of the new year is the perfect time for a little reminder. A little less than seven years after its initial launch, Anthem will soon stop being playable.

Electronic Arts will shut down the game's servers on January 12, 2026 across all platforms. BioWare had mentioned a version 2.0, but it was ultimately scrapped.

Anthem owners therefore have ten days left to play a few more times.
