Nintendo could offer smaller capacity Switch 2 game cards

Often criticized for its game cards, Nintendo is reportedly preparing to offer another format for physical games on Switch 2.
According to Nintendeal, these game cards will have a lower capacity than those available since the console's release. The current model can support up to 64 GB of content. Production of these new cards is reportedly already underway.
Unfortunately, due to chip shortages, the price for developers is expected to remain very high. As a result, the much less expensive game cards are not likely to disappear.
