Street Fighter 6 for PC has Denuvo

Capcom tried to sneak it in… But it didn’t go unnoticed! The Japanese publisher has just added the controversial Denuvo anti-piracy protection software to the PC version of Street Fighter 6. You can see the change on the fighting game’s SteamDB page.

This technology isn’t that popular with gamers, as it is known to tank the performance of the titles to which it is applied. Capcom is no stranger to this, as Resident Evil Village was plagued by Denuvo-related performance problems. As a result, a patch had to be deployed to remove the software.
