After Everwild was canceled, its producer has landed a new job at Xbox

Although Louise O'Connor may not be well known to the general public, she spent more than 25 years at Rare. During all those years, she has worked on iconic games such as Conker's Bad Fur Day as an animator. She most recently served as executive producer on Everwild.
Unfortunately, following Microsoft's cancellation of the project, many developers were forced to move on. O'Connor, however, has landed on her feet, having been appointed general secretary of Xbox Game Studios.
On her LinkedIn profile, she states that she will encourage "connection, collaboration, and momentum within Xbox Games Studios". She will also provide support to several development studios.
