Path of Exile 2 will be free for 3 days starting August 29

To celebrate the release of the The Third Edict update for Path of Exile 2, Grinding Gear Games is offering a free weekend for all players.

The game will be free to play from August 29 at 9 p.m. (BST) until September 1, 2025, at the same time. During this period, users will have access to the base game and the content of the new patch. Progress can then be transferred to a paid copy of Path of Exile 2, which is still in early access.

This free trial will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
