NVIDIA details the GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip developed with MediaTek

NVIDIA has given some new details of the GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, the result of a collaboration with MediaTek. Designed for the DGX Spark platform, it combines 20 Arm v9.2 cores, a Blackwell GPU with 5th generation Tensor Cores, and DLSS 4 support, delivering up to 31 TFLOPs FP32 and 1,000 TOPS FP4 performance.

Etched in 3 nm, the GB10 integrates up to 128 GB of LPDDR5X-9400 unified memory. The chip has a TDP of 140 W.

The Superchip runs on DGX Base OS (optimized Linux), with no official support for Windows. NVIDIA is positioning this limited launch as a validation step before expanding the architecture to the consumer market with the future N1 series.
