Modder Qingchen DIY has designed an extraordinary portable console featuring a Core i9-14900HX and an RTX 4090 Laptop. The 12.5" IPS screen has native 4K resolution, with 64 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM and 2 TB of storage.
This prototype, which is actually a laptop converted into a console, retains its original cooling system, keeping the GPU below 72°C. Powered by mains electricity to exploit its full potential, it still incorporates a 50 Wh battery.
It's capable of running God of War and Horizon Forbidden West in 4K, proving that a high-end NVIDIA GPU can fit into a portable format... at least in the hands of a modder.
