LEGO 2K Drive: a bug can cause a loss of progress in the game

Already playable in early access for users who chose to pre-order it, LEGO 2K Drive is affected by a very disabling bug. Indeed, some players were unpleasantly surprised to lose several hours of progress when relaunching the racing game.

According to the initial reports, this anomaly occurs when a person decides to play offline. Subsequently, upon reconnecting to the 2K servers, the progress simply was not saved. Some players have thus lost a good ten hours of gameplay.

A spokesperson for the publisher clarified that the development teams are aware of the issue, which seems to primarily occur on the PS5 version. A patch should be deployed promptly. LEGO 2K Drive will officially release this Friday, May 19th.
