The Raven Software union signs an agreement with Microsoft

After more than three years of negotiations, members of the Games Workers Alliance (GWA) at Raven Software have unanimously signed their first union contract with Microsoft.
Ths includes a guaranteed 10% wage increase over two years, additional merit-based raises, and strict limits on mandatory overtime.
Other advances include a structured promotion process, protections against layoffs, and better recognition of time worked as a contractor.
