The price of the first switch will go up in the US

Nintendo has made a new announcement regarding its pricing policy in the United States. The various Switch 1 models will see their respective prices increase starting August 3, 2025.
This is the case for the Switch (2017), which now goes for $339.99 (+$40), the Switch Lite at $229.99 (+$30), the Switch OLED is $399.99 (+$50), and various accessories for the device have also seen their price rise. Certain Amiibo figures and the Nintendo Alarmo alarm clock will also be affected by this.
The prices of the Nintendo Switch 2, physical and digital Switch and Switch 2 games, and Nintendo Switch Online subscriptions will not be affected for now.
