As we wait for the first trailer to come out this Thursday, July 24, insider billbil-kun shares some vital information about Battlefield 6. Yes, we finally know the game's launch date.
Electronic Arts plans to release this sixth entry on October 10 on PS5, Xbox Series and PC. There will be both a standard edition and a Phantom one. The latter will be sold exclusively in digital format and will include additional content. It is important to note that there will be no early access to play before October 10.
Owners of the standard edition will be able to upgrade to the higher edition by purchasing the Phantom pack. While the standard cover features the image already revealed by EA, that of the Phantom edition will be darker and more intense, with a soldier on a blood-red background. He is facing the sky, in which we can see three fighter planes in formation. The image has yet to be published due to copyright restrictions.
Finally, the standard edition will retail for €69.99 on PC and €79.99 on consoles. The Phantom Edition will retail at €99.99 on PC and €109.99 on PS5 and Xbox Series. Upgrades to the Phantom Edition will cost €29.99 on all platforms.
