The first AMD Zen 6 processors have been sent to partners

Rumor has it that AMD has delivered the first samples of its next-generation Ryzen processors based on the Zen 6 architecture to its partners and motherboard manufacturers. Software such as AIDA64 has added preliminary support for these future models.

According to initial information, the Zen 6 will offer more cores per CCD (up to 12, compared with 8 at present) and will integrate two memory controllers, while retaining two memory channels. No major changes are planned for boost technologies or the Curve Optimizer.

This architecture would represent an evolution of the Zen 5, focusing on efficiency and performance, without a complete overhaul. These processors are scheduled for release in 2026, with announced compatibility with socket AM5.
