Some PlayStation Plus subscribers can't claim Diablo 4

This Tuesday, July 1, Jusant, The King of Fighters XV and Diablo IV join the PlayStation Plus Essential service. Unfortunately, a technical problem has prevented some players from claiming Blizzard's title.
It seems that when trying to add Diablo IV to their library, some users got a message telling them that they cannot purchase this product. They are told that they already own another edition, when this is obviously not the case.
What's more, this only concerns users who had tried the beta of Diablo IV before its release. PlayStation's service seems to mistake this test version for the full game. A patch should be available shortly to fix this problem.
