Hideo Kojima wants to go to space to develop a new game

The director of Death Stranding 2 never misses an opportunity to make a name for himself. During an interview with The Guardian at the Sydney Film Festival, Hideo Kojima expressed his desire to develop a game under... special conditions.

The Japanese creator wants to go into space to design one of his titles.

"I want to train properly, learn how to do the docking, go to the International Space Station and stay there for a few months … I’m not a scientist, but I could probably make games in space. I want to be the first. There are a lot of astronauts over 60, so I guess it’s possible."

He then joked that developing a game in space would make his back hurt less, and that he'd like to put himself in a dangerous situation, just like Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible.
