The Xbox layoffs are set for Wednesday
, by Thibaut
This week is likely to be a dark one for the video game industry, and especially for Microsoft. Hundreds of redundancies will affect Xbox in the coming hours.
With the American company's financial year now over, these departures should be announced this Wednesday, July 2, at least according to the Bloomberg journalist Jason Schreier.
There are rumours of between 1,000 and 2,000 redundancies at Xbox, accompanied by the closure of one or more studios.
