Gearbox reveals a new Borderlands 4 trailer focusing on the game's story

Marketing for Borderlands 4 is gaining traction in recent days. This weekend, Gearbox Software decided to put pedal to the metal with a brand-new trailer.

It focuses on the story of this fourth entry. The player lands on Kairos and takes on the role of one of four new Valut Hunters in search of wealth and glory. A dictator called the Guardian of Time will try to stand in our way by dominating the masses. Global catastrophe looms on the horizon.

Borderlands 4 will be released on September 12, 2025 on PS5, Xbox Series and PC. A Switch 2 version will be available at a later date.
