This is what Hogwarts Legacy looks like on the PS4

Today is the day that Hogwarts Legacy arrives on the previous generation consoles. Until now, Warner Bros. Games had not shown the PS4 / Xbox One version of its open-world RPG. Fortunately, the ElAnalistaDeBits YouTube channel allows us to discover all of this in a video.

We learn that the game generally runs at 1600 x 900 pixels and 30 FPS on the PS4. As for the PS4 Pro, it reaches Full HD (1920 x 1080) still at 30 frames per second. The initial loading time lasts about forty seconds, compared to just five seconds on the PS5. Note that by unlocking the framerate, Hogwarts Legacy can sometimes reach 60 FPS indoors and 45 FPS outdoors.

Overall, the graphics are naturally less convincing. Some textures appear blurrier, the background is less detailed, and elements such as lighting and shadows appear more rudimentary. Vegetation has also been removed in several locations.
