Build A Rocket Boy confirms that Everywhere is still in development

In the run-up to the launch of MindsEye on June 10, rumors began to circulate about the future of Everywhere. This social space was originally intended to serve as a hub for all the experiences by Build A Rocket Boy.

Since MindsEye took over most of the creative tools from Everywhere, some assumed that the latter had finally been cancelled. Today, the studio spoke out in a statement sent to Video Games Chronicle.

A representative of Build A Rocket Boy reveals that the project is not buried.

"Everywhere will be coming back and is not abandoned, we’re temporarily taking it dark as we focus on launching MindsEye and upgrading Everywhere’s codebase to align with MindsEye’s."

"This will ensure future compatibility between the two experiences and streamline development, while preserving the foundations built through the Builders beta."
