MindsEye will last around 20 hours

Beneath its GTA-like facade, MindsEye is actually a more condensed experience, with a much smaller menu than a Rockstar Games production.

Leslie Benzies, the founder of Build A Rocket Boy and former president of Rockstar North, preferred to play the honesty card during his interview with GamesIndustry. Following the game's launch on June 10, the developers plan to add a multiplayer component and open-world activities. All this through both free and paid elements.

In any case, Benzies promises around twenty hours of gameplay at release. This is obviously not comparable to what a GTA can offer.

"I think that's a good length of time for a game. The data also show that gamers don't play all the big games. The majority of people - 60 or 70% - don't play to the end."

"That's why, when you create something, I would prefer - and I'm sure the team would say the same - that you live the experience from beginning to end, and not create a 200-hour game. You have to create a game that you can finish, but with extra elements to flesh out the universe."
