Capcom aims for 10 million sales for Street Fighter 6

The Japanese publisher is showing great ambition ahead of the launch of Street Fighter 6. It must be said that the fifth installment had a decent success with over 5.2 million copies sold worldwide.

Thus, during a recent interview with the Japanese magazine Famitsu, Capcom's President, Haruhiro Tsujimoto, stated that Street Fighter 6 "should" reach 10 million sales worldwide. This ambition is explained by the fact that many of the publisher's titles have crossed this iconic threshold over the years. And with Street Fighter being one of the flagship licenses of the publisher, it is indeed possible to envisage a sales success.

Street Fighter 6 will be released on June 2nd on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
