Here's the Logitech G522: a new wireless gaming headset with redesigned design and tri-connectivity
, by Quentin
Logitech G has announced the launch of the G522, a wireless gaming headset that makes the G5 series even better. It's the successor to the G733, and retains a familiar look while introducing a more sober design, with rounded lines and more durable materials.
Designed for comfort over long sessions, the G522 features enlarged ear pads with memory foam, softer fabric and an improved suspension headband. The headset has been tested to suit different player profiles, including those wearing glasses or earrings.
The G522 features the new PRO-G synchronized transducers, combined with 48 kHz/24-bit digital audio processing. The 48 kHz/16-bit microphone is BLUE VO!CE compatible, for a clear, customizable voice.
PC, console and mobile compatible, it offers tri-mode connectivity: LIGHTSPEED wireless, Bluetooth and USB-C. It can also be configured via Logitech G HUB or the mobile app.
The G522 is available in black or white at a recommended retail price of $159.99.
