In a press release, Ubisoft has denied the existence of a direct summons to appear before the 15th correctional chamber of the Bobigny court for its CEO and Human Resources Director.
Originally scheduled to take place last March, the trial concerning sexual and moral harassment as well as sexual assault at Ubisoft will be held from June 2 to 6, 2025 in Paris.
The three former company executives Serge Hascoet (creative director), Tommy François (vice-president of editorial services) and Guillaume Patrux (game director) are the target of this complaint. But they will not be the only ones to appear before the 15th chambre correctionnelle du Tribunal de Bobigny.
In fact, Marie Derain, the current Director of Human Resources, and above all Yves Guillemot, Ubisoft's CEO, are concerned by a direct summons. They are both charged with complicity in sexual and moral harassment. The aim is to "shed light on the systemic nature of harassment at Ubisoft".
