Apple has snubbed Fortnite's return to iOS

Back on May 9, Epic Games announced that it had submitted Fortnite for review to Apple. The game should have returned to the App Store by now, but things didn't go as planned.

Since Fortnite is a title that is constantly being updated, Epic was forced to withdraw its request to Apple and resubmit it using the latest version of the game. This has also forced the company to postpone the rollout of the v35.10 update, which was due to be launched this Thursday morning, until Friday May 16.

On X, Tim Sweeney didn't miss the opportunity to point out that Apple hasn't given any news since May 9.
