When it came to giving details of its latest financial results, Ubisoft made quite a confession to investors. The French publisher has decided to delay several of its future big games.
While the identity of the titles concerned has not been revealed, we can assume that there are Assassin's Creed, Far Cry and other Ghost Recon included in this list. A spokesperson for the publisher commented.
"After a thorough review of its pipeline from October to December, the group decided to grant additional development time to some of its biggest productions in order to give them the best conditions for success."
"This decision has already benefited the final quality of Assassin's Creed Shadows. As a result, fiscal years 2026-27 and 2027-28 will see significant growth over fiscal year 2025-26, thanks to solid content from the Group's biggest brands."
