Our exclusive info on Tides of Tomorrow, the next game from the creator of Road 96
, by Thibaut
We recently had the opportunity to interview Yoan Fanise, founder of DigixArt Entertainment. The Montpellier, France-based studio is known for titles such as Lost in Harmony, 11-11: Memories Retold and Road 96.
Currently, Fanise and his teams are working on a brand-new license called Tides of Tomorrow. During this interview, we learned that "the project is going very well" and that we'll know more "probably before the summer".
As for the game itself, Tides of Tomorrow will take an original and "rather difficult to explain" narrative direction. It will feature asynchronous multiplayer, and, while the title will be playable solo, our choices will have an impact on the experience of other players, and vice versa. The developers compare the concept to a sort of cross between Death Stranding and Dark Souls.
We can't wait to share our full interview with Yoan Fanise this Wednesday, May 14, 2025 on Instant Gaming News.
