Early access for Titan Quest II has been delayed until summer

Though it was initially scheduled for winter. the early access for Titan Quest II is still nowhere to be seen. Fret not, because the dev team has commented on the matter in article on Steam.

Grimlore Games said it noticed "a stir" in the market for action RPG titles at the time when Titan Quest II was supposed to release, and with the backing of its publisher THQ Nordic, they decided to delay it to summer in order to avoid the strong competition.

With this extra development time, the studio was able to improve various aspects of Titan Quest II based on feedback from the demo playtest.
