Danny and Michael Philippou are expected to be named as the directors of the upcoming Street Fighter film

In addition to the actual sixth game which will be released on consoles and PC on June 2, the Street Fighter saga will also return to the big screen. Capcom is currently looking for a team to direct a new film. And the directors may have already been found!

Thus, The Hollywood Reporter informs us that twin brothers Danny and Michael Philippou are expected to take on the directing duties. The two Australians recently worked on the horror film Talk to Me which will be released in August. Negotiations are currently underway to secure their services.

For now, we know nothing about the plot of this Street Fighter feature film.
