Rematch beta has surpassed 118.000 concurrent users on Steam

There seems to be quite a real buzz around Rematch, the next football game from the creators of Sifu. There's a beta currently running on Steam.

Thanks to the SteamDB site, we've learned that the playtest peaked at 118,739 simultaneous players on Valve's platform. By way of comparison, this is better than EA Sports FC 25 and its record of 110,026 concurrent users on Steam.

Of course, the comparison stops there with Electronic Arts' game, since the Rematch beta is free, which no doubt motivates curious players to try it out.
