Marathon's closed alpha won't involve an NDA after all

Bungie is to apply a major change to the Marathon alpha, to be held from April 23 to May 4, 2025. It seems participants will no longer be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (or NDA).

In a message posted on X, the American studio announced the lifting of this restriction, which means that players will be able to give their opinions publicly, stream their games and broadcast any content they wish.

The developers remind us that this alpha will represent an incomplete version of Marathon. The aim will be to test the title's technical capabilities and its gameplay loop. Bungie warns that "things will be broken".
