Patch 1.2.4 featuring hardcore mode for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is finally available

Warhorse Studios has kept its promise and rolled out the 1.2.4 update for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II on Tuesday April 15, bringing a number of new features and fixes.

The most important new feature is undoubtedly the hardcore difficulty, which increases the challenge. Herb prices have also been rebalanced in stores, and there's a new hairdressing option.
