The Career and MyTeam modes for F1 25 are detailed in a new video

Although F1 25 will logically follow in the footsteps of the previous entry, Codemasters has decided to make a number of changes to certain aspects of the license still.

These include the Driver Career and My Team modes. In a new video, the developers discuss driver contracts, staffing, team management, finances, HQ improvements and research and development.

Overall, the My Team 2.0 mode will be more focused on the management side, as we'll have to oversee all aspects of our workers.
