Titanfall 3 is being rumored for 2026 release

Fans of Titanfall have never given up hope that Electronic Arts will one day announce a third entry. Unfortunately, the studio behind the license is currently busy working on Star Wars and Apex Legends.

Two leakers who usually give accurate information about Respawn's multiplayer game have come out forward saying that Titanfall 3 is indeed in development. It will be announced at the Game Awards in December, with a launch date in 2026.

For its part, the Insider Gaming says that Titanfall 3 has already been cancelled at least twice. One of the reasons behind these cancellations was that the game was "too similar to Titanfall 2". There are several projects are in production at Respawn, but it's best to be cautious.
