Control 2 officially enters full production

Remedy Entertainment has been a very busy company for several months now. The Finnish studio will release FBC: Firebreak, its very first cooperative multiplayer game, this year.

However, it has got plenty of other projects also in development, such as the eagerly awaited Control 2. So, after long weeks of pre-production, this sequel officially entered its full production phase in March 2025.

It should be noted in passing that Max Payne 1 & 2 Remake, which will be offered as a single game, has also been in full production since late 2024. This remake will use Remedy's Northlight engine and will be released on PS5, Xbox Series and PC.
