People Can Fly has announced its gradual withdrawal from the VR games market

VR remains a niche market despite the many efforts made by manufacturers of headsets and other peripherals. It's hardly surprising to see studios giving up on the field.

This will be the case, for example, with People Can Fly, which has just announced in a press release that it's gradually withdrawing from the market for games designed for VR headsets. Project Bifrost, scheduled for release in the fourth quarter of 2025, will be the Polish studio's last VR game.

People Can Fly is known for its work on Bulletstorm, Outriders and Gears of War.
