NVIDIA has released GeForce Hotfix 572.65 driver fix for black screen issues
, by Quentin
NVIDIA has released GeForce Hotfix 572.65, a fix based on Game Ready Driver 572.60. This patch is designed to solve a problem where some PCs may boot on a black DisplayPort screen with certain monitors (bug 5131002).
GeForce Hotfix drivers make it possible to quickly integrate fixes before they are included in a future official driver. They are based on the latest released version, with a limited number of targeted fixes. These drivers remain beta and optional, with a shorter validation process, and are only available via the NVIDIA Customer Care support site.
