Here are the first images from La Quimera, by former Metro devs

The Metro FPS franchise is quite popular with some gamers, and several of its devs have decided to set up their own studio, called Reburn.
As for the game they're working on, it's called La Quimera, and is yet again an FPS set in a sci-fi universe. Shared by mistake on several sites, these images show cinematics and gameplay. The inspirations seem clear, with inevitably some Metro as well as Killzone or even Crysis thrown in for good mesure. The story is set in a Latin American megalopolis, and has been written by Nicolas Winding Refn (Drive, The Neon Demon).
A trailer even appeared on the web before being removed. The official announcement shouldn't be far off.
