Delta Force's single-player campaign Black Hawk Down gets negative reviews for its difficulty

Released several weeks late on February 21, the Delta Force campaign was available free of charge to all, but that hasn't stopped players from being disatisfied with the result.

Indeed, “Black Hawk Down” has received "mostly negative" reviews on Steam, with only 35% positive reviews out of the more than 3,400 published. The main complaint is that the game is too difficult. Enemies sometimes appear directly in front of our character, and the artificial intelligence of our allies doesn't seem responsive enough. Also, the realistic aspect is strongly criticized, since our character tends to die after being shot twice.

Other players also point to poor overall optimization and graphical bugs that force us to play with a low level of detail. Unfortunately, this also makes it harder to spot enemies.

The developers are already planning a patch that will correct crashes during loading, abnormal bullet collisions and improve overall stability.
