Dead Island 2 is once again showcased through 30 minutes of gameplay

After almost nine long years of waiting, Dead Island 2 is finally set to land on consoles and PC. A major release that hopefully lives up to all its promises. But before we can get our hands on Dambuster Studios' title, we are invited to discover the first 30 minutes of this deadly epic.

The video goes further than the one posted by IGN a few days ago. However, it is important to note that this excerpt could be removed in the coming hours. We owe this lengthy clip to an internet user who apparently managed to get the game in advance. The sequence provides a fairly detailed overview of the combat system and exploration in this semi-open world.

Dead Island 2 will be available on April 21, 2023.
