According to the analyst Joost van Dreunen, the Nintendo Switch 2 is going to cost $399. This would aim to balance hardware advances and market accessibility, all while maintaining Nintendo's margins.
The analyst underlines Nintendo's focus on platform sustainability rather than hardware sales, with backard compatibility too, in order to ease the transition for users. This positioning would place the Switch 2 below other handhelds and retain its target audience.
