Bandai Namco and Legendary will co-finance first live-action Gundam movie

Gundam is a Japanese IP extremely popular with gamer (especially in Japan) that will soon be hitting cinmeas. This adaptation is the fruit of a collaboration between two companies.
On the one hand, we have Legendary Pictures, and on the other, Bandai Namco Filmworks America, a subsidiary of the publisher that will be created on April 1, 2025. This first-ever live-action film will be directed and written by Jim Mickle (Cold in July, Stake Land).
