Patch 8 for Baldur's Gate brings split-screen mode to Xbox Series S

If Baldur's Gate 3 didn't release on Microsoft consoles until December 2023, it's because Larian Studios was having trouble getting the game to work properly for the Xbox Series S. In fact, this version of the RPG didn't feature the split-screen mode.

Testing of Patch 8 has just begun, and it brings eagerly-awaited new features such as cross-play, a photo mode and 12 new sub-classes. However, Xbox Series S gamers are in for a treat, as the split-screen mode is finally available in the console with this update.
