Microsoft keeps going with its major restructuring plan of ZeniMax media, the parent company of Bethesda Softworks. Last year, three of the company's studios closed, though Tango Gameworks got salvaged at the last minute by Krafton.

Now we discover thanks to the UK company registers site that Bthesda Softworks Europe Limited will be closed on January 28. What's more, the London-based offices will be closed very soon, and there will be lay-offs.

Microsoft has yet to comment on the matter.
