Media Molecule will stop supporting Dreams from September 1st, 2023.

Media Molecule will stop supporting Dreams from September 1st, 2023.

Three years after its release on PS4, Dreams is about to fade away. Media Molecule's game unfortunately did not succeed in reaching the level of popularity of a LittleBigPlanet. So much so that it is almost in general indifference that the British studio announces the end of the support for its title.

Thus, from September 1st, 2023, Dreams will no longer receive any updates or new content. Of course, the servers will remain open to allow the community to share their creations online. In addition, in-game events such as DreamsCom will not be renewed.

A understandable choice that Media Molecule justifies by the desire to * "focus on an exciting new project"*.
