A Warhammer co-op ARPG was reportedly cancelled in 2024

Warhammer is more popular than ever after the critical and commercial success of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. Alas, it seems we won't be getting another game in the franchise.
Indeed, a third-person Warhammer action-RPG got cancelled last year. It was to be a "social, multiplatform RPG" to enjoy with friends. The story took place in a dark-fantasy universe full of monsters to slain, be it in melee or in ranged combat. It was to use Unreal Engine 5 too.
The project was in development at Thought Pennies, a studio founded in 2020 that has worked on renowned franchises such as Star Wars and Final Fantasy. Alas, the company was hit by redundancies in 2023 and again at the end of last year, which led to "a strategic change" which, for lack of funding, may have resulted in the cancellation of this Warhammer title.
