The Switch 2 Joy-Cons: a mystery button and a "mouse" mode?
, by Thibaut
While the console's announcement didn't catch anyone by surprise, there's still something to learn about the Switch 2. And despite this week's trailer, we have some questions.
Starting with a mystery button just below the Home one on the right Joy-Con. Rumors point to it being a C button, though the letter is nowhere to be seen on the console images. We don't know what this button will be used for.
There were also rumors that the Joy-Con could be used as a mouse, sliding along thanks to an optical sensor on its edge. The trailer seems to have briefly revealed this feature, as you can see the famous joysticks gliding in the middle of the video. This could prove useful on games such as FPSs, offering a kind of PC-like experience.
