Nintendo has made the Switch 2 official
, by Thibaut
There it is! The Nintendo Switch 2 is real! The Japanese company has released the first images of its new machine with a trailer.
We are getting a Nintendo Direct on April 2, 2025 to show the first games for it. We also got a brief glimpse of the new Mario Kart.
The video focuses on the console itself almost in its entirely. We also see the new magnetic Joy-Cons, easily inserted on each side of the screen. The dock is also included in this new extract, and we also have confirmation of backward compatibility with physical and digital titles of the first Switch.
The Nintendo Switch 2 will be released this very year.
